Dadeville High School Course Planning: Dadeville will host a come-and-go high school course planning evening on Tuesday. August 11 from 6-7pm. This is for parents and students who would like to take time to plan or discuss course options during high school.
Dadeville FFA: The Grasslands interest meeting scheduled for tomorrow, August 4, has been rescheduled to Friday, August 7 at 9:00 AM in the ag building.
Dadeville 8th grade and senior students for the upcoming school year must submit updated vaccination documentation before the first day of school, Monday, August 24th.
Dadeville Cheerleading: Cheerleading practice will begin Monday, August 17, at 3:30 PM in Ms. Luetjen’s classroom.

It’s time for another Teacher Spotlight!
Shannon Buck serves as a first grade teacher at Dadeville School. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies with a minor in Social Work and is certified in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Shannon and her husband, Jordan, have three children: Addyson, Katelyn, and Luke. After spending many years raising her own children and caring for others, she returned to the classroom and found her passion in early childhood education. Shannon loves helping young learners grow academically, socially, and emotionally while building a strong foundation for future success.
We are so grateful to have Mrs. Buck in our Bearcat family!

It’s time for another teacher spotlight! This week we are welcoming Mrs. Byer to the Bearcat family!
Brianna Byer serves as a kindergarten teacher at Dadeville School. She earned her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from WGU and later completed a master's degree in Leadership of Curriculum and Instruction through Evangel University. Brianna and her husband are proud parents of their son, Riggins. A graduate of Sarcoxie High School, she enjoys spending time with family and exploring new places. Inspired by a family tradition of educators and her own experiences as a student tutor, Brianna chose teaching to help students experience the joy, confidence, and excitement that comes with learning.

Dadeville FCCLA: Congratulations to Wyatt Asbell for earning a Gold Rating at the FCCLA National Leadership Conference last week in Washington, D.C. Wyatt's Digital Stories for Change project was recognized as one of the Top 20 projects in the nation, an outstanding accomplishment. We would also like to congratulate Ms. Luetjen, our FCCLA sponsor, for her leadership!
Dadeville FFA: Area Ice Skating Trip at Springfield Ice Park will take place on July 14. We will leave the school at 10:15 AM and skate from 11:30 AM to 1:15 PM. The cost to attend is $10. This event is open to all current FFA members as well as incoming freshmen who may be interested in joining FFA. We hope to see you there!

Dadeville Baseball Send Off: There will be a send-off for the baseball team on Monday, June 1, at 11:00 AM at the school. Thank you for encouraging and supporting the Dadeville Baseball Team!
