The following dates are tentative until we are cleared to hold gatherings.

Graduation- June 19th
Senior trip- June 15th- 17th
Prom- June 25th
If we can’t gather in June, alternate dates will be:
Baccalaureate - July 30th
Graduation- July 31st
Senior trip- July 27th-29th

Unfortunately, Governor Parson has ordered schools closed for the rest of the school year. Distance learning and meal deliveries will continue through May 22. Information about end of year ceremonies will be provided next week. We love and miss all of our students and the rest of the school community!

The FFA Chicken BBQ/Chapter Banquet scheduled for April 28 has been canceled. Awards will be announced and presented to students at a later date.

A new set of work for those needing hard copies will be delivered with meals on Monday for those on the meal list. If you do not receive meals, work can be picked up Tuesday, April 14th from 9-12.

The school's baseball field lights will be on Friday night at 8:20 as part of the national "Be the light" movement. This is a symbolic way to provide encouragement to the Senior Class of 2020 during a tough situation.

Just a reminder we will be making food deliveries tomorrow instead of Friday this week. We will return to a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule for deliveries next week. Thank you!

The April Board meeting will be held electronically due to the current stay at home order. If you would like to be included on the agenda please contact Matt Bushey at 417-328-8165. Thank you!

The week of April 6- 10 food deliveries will be on Monday the 6th, Wednesday the 8th and Thursday the 9th. The following week we will resume the regular M,W,F schedule. Thank you.

After conferring with our local health department, Dade County schools will remain closed through April 24. The safety of our students, staff, and community remains our highest priority. Teachers will continue with distance learning and meal deliveries will take place throughout the closure period. Please contact the school office if you would like to add your student to the meal delivery list. Best wishes and stay safe!

Just a reminder. Call the school by 11:00 tomorrow or email mbushey@dadeville.k12.mo.us to sign up for student meal deliveries. The deliveries will begin Tuesday and there is no cost. Also please contact the school tomorrow if you do not have internet access as we make plans for distance learning. Thanks!

Parents of students who do not have access to a computer or the internet please call the school Monday March 23 between 9:00 and 11:00 AM so we can make plans for distance learning.

A news story has been added to the school app and website (www.bearcats.dadeville.k12.mo.us) regarding meal deliveries for any family that is interested. These will begin next week. If you have not downloaded the school app I would encourage you to do so--It is available on google play or the app store listed under Dadeville School.

Starting next week the school will be providing a grab and go lunches for those interested. More details will be provided by the end of this week.

With the direction of the local health department Dade County school district leaders have made the decision to close schools through April 3 due to the coronavirus. All buildings will be closed and all extra curricular activities will be suspended during this time period. Plans concerning distance learning are being developed and will be communicated early next week.

Congratulations to Christa Brown, Brayden Keathley, Bode Keys, MacKenzie Knapp, Emma Sayers and Charleigh Toler for winning the Dade County Men's Civic Club poster contest.

The attached survey was sent home with students today. Please complete the survey and return to school March 23rd.


Buffalo FFA contest scheduled for Saturday has been cancelled.

The FFA contest tomorrow at Archie was canceled so FFA students will not be leaving early in the morning.
