The roast beef served at today's school lunch was provided courtesy of Worthington Angus through the MO Beef MO kids program. Anyone interested in finding out how to donate a beef to the school in the future through the program can contact Matt Bushey.

The Dade County Health Department will administering free flu shots for students and staff on Monday, October 5. Permission forms have been sent home with students today for those who wish to participate. Forms can also be found in the document section under Flu shots on the school website or app.

The junior high basketball game scheduled for this evening has been cancelled. At this point, it will not be rescheduled. Neither team will practice after school today. See the team FB pages for practice schedules for tomorrow and Wednesday.
Parent teacher conferences will be October 6th and 8th from 3:30-6:00. Elementary conference appointments should be scheduled with the classroom teacher. Junior high and high school parents need to call the school to schedule an appointment. If the conference times do not work for you, feel free to email your child's teacher for a phone conference.
The 8th grade class has planted an apple tree in front of the Music Building in memory of their classmate Bode Keys.

DESE has extended a program that will allow all students to receive free breakfast and lunch as of September 1, 2020. The program will continue as long as funds allow (December 31, 2020 at the latest), at which point students will return to their current lunch status. Money received for meals already paid for in September will be credited to the students lunch account. Please contact Janine at the School with any questions.
There will be basketball sign ups Saturday morning at the community building from 10:00 to noon for students grades 1-6 interested in participating in basketball leagues.
